Nvidia RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC 12GB Review:
If you want to buy one of the best RTX GPUs in an affordable price range, and also want the best performance with great cooling potential then this RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC is the only best option for you. This GPU is one of the most powerful RTX 3060 GPUs, if you compared it to any other RTX 3060 at the end you will get to know that this GPU is the winner out of all.
Specs and Performance:
Nvidia RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC is the overclocked version of the 3060 GPU which is more powerful than non overclocked RTX 3060. This GPU comes with 3584 CUDA Cores, and it has a base clock of 1837 MHz. The BUS Width of this GPU is 192 Bits, which is enough to provide amazing speed and performance to the GPU.
This GPU has a large memory of 12GB to easily handle any kind of heavy workload, and also you can easily play the latest high-end games like Cyberpunk 2077 with 12GB memory. This GPU has DirectX 12 support and the Recommended Power supply to run the GPU should be 550W or above. RTX 3060 is quite efficient at power consumption because it only requires a single 8pin power connector and it has very well optimized fans for better efficiency. It also has PCIe 4.0 support with HDMI 2.1.
Price And Value:
This GPU comes at an affordable price of $600-$700, we know that the MSRP of RTX 3060 GPU is up to $350 but that was before, and now you won’t get any RTX 3060 GPU at this price, and then this is not any normal RTX 3060, it is a beast GPU truly a Ray Tracing King which is made for ultimate gaming. It’s the most powerful GPU you can get at $700 even if you go for a $700 AMD GPU I will prefer this GPU over AMD because NVidia GPUs are better at Ray Tracing as compared to AMD GPUs.
Can Easily Handle Heavy Workloads (12GB Memory):
We know that if we want to put some high workloads onto our PC we must have a powerful and higher memory GPU and this GPU comes with a large 12GB of memory which can handle any kind of heavy workloads so easily. Also, video editing, rendering, and other graphical works require enough VR memory to handle the processes easily without any memory issues.
Fans and Temperature Handling:
This GPU is featured by Gigabyte and they have done so many improvements in the GPU, they gave 3 Independent fans that can run separately at different speeds, and all the fans can be controlled with Zotac software easily. The best thing about the fans of this GPU is when the GPU Temperature will be lower the fans won’t spin or run, so it will avoid creating extra noise or vibrations in the case or PC, and also will give better efficiency to the GPU.
VR Gaming Performance:
If you are buying this GPU for VR Games then let me tell you that this GPU is good for VR but not the best option because it struggles to achieve good FPS/90+FPS at VR Games when on 4K resolution, in VR Games the NVidia RTX 3070 performs much better than this GPU but that’s expensive than this GPU.
Is RTX 3070 a Good GPU for Cyberpunk?
And If we talk about the CYBERPUNK 2077 Games then I also will recommend the RTX 3070 over this GPU because that provides better FPS from a huge margin as compared to this GPU, but in this Budget, if you are willing to buy a GPU that can run Cyberpunk 2077 then this will be the best option.
4K Gaming Performance:
If we talk about the 4K gaming on this GPU, then this GPU won’t run all the latest games at 120 FPS at 4K but it will give at least satisfying Frame rates on all high-end and latest games at 4K. If you run Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K on this GPU with DLSS and Ray Tracing Enabled and puts to the highest settings of the game then it will still give an average FPS of 32 to 40 which is pretty satisfying Frames on Cyperpunk game at these settings.
RTX 3060 Benchmark Test At Games:
Assassin Creed Valhalla:
Cyberpunk 2077 Test:
As in the features or Pros of this GPU we have mentioned that this GPU has amazing overclocking potential and all the overclocking can be done by the ZOTAC Firestorm software, you can also use the MSI Afterburner to overclock this GPU.

From this software, you can easily reach the maximum clocks of this GPU, you will have to increase some little power to the GPU for overclocking and that can be done by the software so easily by sliding the bar, and the second thing is to increase the Boost clock and memory clock of the GPU, then done and enjoy overclocking.
Overclocking sometimes increases the Frame rates significantly but sometimes it can have negative effects on the performance of the GPU so be careful with it and you should be experienced with overclocking before using any overclocking software on your GPU. ( Remember do not overclock the GPU too much )
Comparison With ZOTAC Version Of The GPU:
The Zotac version of this GPU has almost the same performance but this GPU comes with better clock speed and the main difference is that this Gigabyte version has 3 fans that will provide an amazing cooling performance to the GPU, on the other hand, the ZOTAC one has only two fans and is smaller in size as compared to this one, so the ZOTAC GPU can easily fit in small cases but this one won’t fit in all the cases.
