Intel Core i9 9900X is much better than Core i9 9900K because it’s a 10 Cores processor that offers ultimate performance in gaming and your other works. This processor is specially designed for desktop computers and is based on Skylake architecture. i9 9900X has 4 memory slots and supports up to 128 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz memory. Intel Core i9 9900X is compatible with only those Motherboards that are based on Intel x299 chipsets.

Graphics

Core i9 9900x doesn’t have any integrated graphics, neither does it come with a CPU cooling fan, are graphics you will need to buy a graphics card. Intel builds this processor on 14nm production process, hardware virtualization is also available on the Core i9 9900x. The unlock multiplier is easily adjustable on Core i9 9900x, overclocked easily, so that can be easily dialed in any overclocking frequency.

Useful Feature

By default, the core i9 9900x operates on 3.5 GHz, supports hyper-threading, this processor has 20 threads. i9 9900x has also Has F16C which is used to enhance the speed of tasks such as volume increasing or adjusting brightness. It also uses multithreading technology which results in an increase in performance in which each physical core is split into more virtual Cores. This processor also has an SSE version, which is used to improve the speed of multimedia tasks such as image editing or adjusting audio volume.

The core i9 9900x has 64K (per core) of level 1 Cache. It has 1 MB (per core) of Level 2 Cache and has 20 MB ( shared) of Level 3 Cache. The Max Memory Bandwidth of core i9 9900x is 85 GB/s, when the bus frequency is 100 MHz. The maximum temperature can go up to 92 C°, with a TDP of 165 W, this processor consumes more power under a high workload, and also can heat up, which means you will need a top-notch cooling system.

Gaming Performance

The Performance of any CPU can be easily determined by its no of Cores and no of threads, the CPU that has more Cores and Threads will offer great gaming performance. These things are related to each other, performance also depends on the base and Turbo frequency. As you know this CPU has 10 Cores 20 Threads, 10 Cores with a base frequency of 3.5 GHz with a boost frequency of 4.4 GHz, which are enough to run any of your favorite games.

Here we run some games on this CPU for review purpose games like we got the following results.
